• Lexica A. Lane, 34, Shawano, was charged July 12 with two counts of bail jumping and one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Judge William F. Kussel Jr. set a cash bond of $100 and a signature bond of $5,000. Kussel scheduled a preliminary hearing for July 28.

• David R. Teller, 32, Green Bay, was charged July 12 with one count of fleeing/eluding an officer in a vehicle and one misdemeanor count of operating while revoked. Kussel set a cash bond of $7,500 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for July 20.

• William A. Heron, 30, Marshfield, pleaded guilty July 12 to one count of substantial battery-intend bodily harm, one count of strangulation and suffocation and one misdemeanor count of criminal damage to property. One count of disorderly conduct was dismissed, but read into the record. Judge Katherine Sloma sentenced Heron to two years in state prison and three years of extended supervision.

• Danny S. Wedde, 36, Tigerton, pleaded no contest July 12 to one count of bail jumping and one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Sloma fined him $150.

• Michael D. Thurber, 45, Weyauwega, pleaded no contest to one count of possession of methamphetamine and two misdemeanor counts of bail jumping. Sloma order one year of probation and fined Thurber $300.

• Aaron M. Reichenberger, 37, Phillips, was charged July 13 with one count of fleeing/eluding an officer in a vehicle and one count of possession of THC (second of subsequent offense). Kussel set a cash bond of $10,000. This case will resume at a later date.

• Matthew J. Pockat, 32, Marion, was charged July 13 with one count of possession of methamphetamine and one count of bail jumping. Kussel set a cash bond $500. In another case, Pockat was charged July 13 with two counts of theft of movable property - special facts and two misdemeanor counts of theft of movable property greater than or equal to $2,500. Kussel set a cash bond of $1,500. These cases will resume at later dates.

• Aaron M. Reichenberger, 37, Phillips, was charged July 13 with one count of fleeing/eluding an officer in a vehicle. Kussel set a cash bond of $7,500 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for July 16.

• Jason C. Smith, 36, Antigo, was charged July 13 with one count of fleeing/eluding an officer in a vehicle, three counts of bail jumping and one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Judge Katherine Sloma set a $7,500 bench warrant for Smith.

• Alisha C. Henning, 29, Shawano, was charged July 14 with one count of misappropriating identification information, one count of battery or threat to judge, prosecutor, or law enforcement officer, three counts of throw/discharge bodily fluid at public safety worker or prosecutor, six counts of bail jumping and one misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer. Kussel set a cash bond of $25,000 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for July 16.

• Raymond A. Tourtillott, 41, Keshena, was charged July 14 with one count of possession of methamphetamine, one count of bail jumping, one misdemeanor count of possession of THC, one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia and five misdemeanor counts of bail jumping. Kussel set a cash bond of $500 and scheduled a resumed initial appearance for July 20.

• Cody M. Valdez, 29, Homeless, was charged July 15 with one count of possession of methamphetamine, one count of possession of narcotic drugs, one count of bail jumping, one misdemeanor count of possession of THC, one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia and three misdemeanor counts of bail jumping. Kussel set a cash bond of $1,500 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for July 22.

• Kia C. Bohn, 20, Rothschild, was charged July 15 with one count of possession of methamphetamine, one count of possession of narcotic drugs, three counts of bail jumping, one misdemeanor count of possession of THC, one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia and three misdemeanor counts of bail jumping. Kussel set a cash bond of $1,500 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for July 22.

• Douglas A. Turrittin, 61, Shawano, was charged July 15 with two counts of bail jumping. Kussel set a cash bond of $250 and a signature bond of $1,000. He also scheduled a preliminary hearing for September 3.

• Travis J. Reinhart, 34, Green Bay, pleaded no contest to one count of bail jumping and one misdemeanor count of tampering with/failure to install ignition interlock device. Sloma sentenced Reinhart to 60 days in local jail.
• Joseph A. Moses, 26, Keshena, was charged July 16 with one count of repeated sexual assault of same child (At least three violations of first or second degree sexual assault) and one count of attempted first degree child sexual assault - sexual contact with person under the age of 13. Kussel set a cash bond of $75,000 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for July 21.

• Ray L. Long, 44, Shawano, pleaded no contest to one count of bail jumping and one misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer. Another count of bail jumping was dismissed, but read into the record. Sloma sentenced Long to two years in state prison and two years of extended supervision. In another case, Long pleaded guilty, July 16 to one count of strangulation and suffocation and one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct.
