• Alan D. Waukau, 34, Shawano, was charged June 8 with one count of possession of methamphetamine, one misdemeanor count of possession of THC and one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Judge William F. Kussel Jr. set a cash bond of $500 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for July 12.

• Drew J. Madosh, 30, Keshena, was charged June 8 with one count of escaping criminal arrest, one misdemeanor count of battery, one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct, one misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer and four misdemeanor counts of bail jumping. Kussel set a cash bond of $3,500. This case will resume at a later date.

• Ralph J. Boivin, 51, Suring, was charged June 8 with one count of failure to report to jail. Kussel set a cash bond of $1,000. This case will resume at a later date.

• Jordell T. Justice, 18, Madison, pleaded no contest June 8 to one count of taking and driving a vehicle without consent (second or subsequent offense). One misdemeanor count of theft of movable property, greater than or equal to $2,500 was dismissed but read into the record. Kussel sentenced Justice to 24 months in state prison and 30 months of extended supervision.

• Kamie M. Rein, 30, Shawano, was charged June 8 with one count of driving or operating a vehicle without consent, one count of bail jumping, one misdemeanor count of bail jumping and one misdemeanor count of operating while revoked. Kussel set a cash bond of $500. This case will resume at a later date.

• Isaac W. Boldt, 19, Hobart, pleaded no contest June 8 to one count of stalking and and one misdemeanor count of fourth degree sexual assault. Judge Suzanne C. O’Neill sentenced Boldt to two years of probation and 100 hours of community service.

• Devin L. Tomow, 27, Keshena, was charged June 9 with one count of possession of narcotic drugs, one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia, one misdemeanor count and two misdemeanor counts of possessing/illegally obtaining a prescription. Kussel set a signature bond of $2,500 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Sept. 7.

• Jeremy L. Jackson, 37, Shawano, was charged June 9 with one count of battery or threat to judge, prosecutor or law enforcement officer, one misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer and one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Kussel set a cash bond of $5,000 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for June 11.

• James N. Johnson-Long, 34, Suring, pleaded no contest June 10 to one count of failure to report to jail. Kussel sentenced him to 60 days in jail, which was deemed as served, and set a $150 fine.

• Payton M. Pagel, 20, Shawano, was charged June 10 with one count of misappropriating identification information and one misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer. Kussel set a signature bond of $1,500 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for June 25.

• Anthony A. Moses, 23, Shawano, was charged June 10 with one count of second degree sexual assault of child, one count of use of a computer to facilitate a child sex crime, one count of exposing a child to harmful material and one count of child enticement — sexual contact. Kussel set a cash bond of $30,000 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for June 18.

• Tyrane J. Tomow, 55, Shawano was charged June 11 with one count of second degree recklessly endangering safety. Kussel set a cash bond of $500 and a signature bond of $2,000. Kussel also set a preliminary hearing for June 29.

• Charges against Scott J. Mielke, 50, Lake Tomahawk, were dismissed on prosecutor’s motion. Those charges included, possession of amphetamine less than 10-50 grams with intent, one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia, one misdemeanor count of possession of THC, one misdemeanor count of carrying a concealed weapon, one misdemeanor count of possession of a controlled substance and five misdemeanor counts of bail jumping.
