Recent proceedings from Shawano-Menominee County Circuit Court:

• An arrest warrant for Clayton E. Thunder, 43, Green Bay, was issued Nov. 25 for felony escape-criminal arrest, felony bail jumping and misdemeanor. He faces up to six years in prison and a $10,000 fine for each of the felony charges and two years in prison and a $10,000 fine for the misdemeanor charge.

• Charges were filed Nov. 21 against Earl V. Holsten, 23, Shawano, for felony bail jumping, misdemeanor criminal trespass to dwelling with a domestic abuse modifier, misdemeanor disorderly conduct with a domestic abuse modifier and misdemeanor bail jumping. He faces up to six years in prison and a $10,000 fine for the felony bail jumping charge, up to two years in prison and a $10,000 fine for each of the trespass, disorderly conduct and misdemeanor bail jumping charges.

In a second case, Holsten also faces a count of misdemeanor battery with a domestic abuse modifier, a misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct with a domestic abuse modifier, two misdemeanor charges of criminal damage to property with a domestic abuse modifier, felony bail jumping and misdemeanor bail jumping.

• A $500 cash bond was ordered Nov. 22 for Aaron J. Turcotte, 26, Antigo, at an initial appearance on charges of burglary for building or dwelling with a repeater modifier and a charge of theft for movable property valued equal to or less than $2,500. He faces up to 12½ years in prison and a $25,000 fine on the burglary charge and up to two years in prison and a $10,000 fine for the theft charge.

• Lovelle A. Jones, 29, Fond du Lac, on Nov. 20 entered a no contest plea on a felony possession charge of methamphetamine with a repeater modifier. She was sentenced to two years in prison and two years of extended supervision. Fines and costs were ordered to be concurrent with prison term. She received no jail credit for this case.

• Courtney M. Laehn, 24, Shawano has been charged with three felony counts of burglary and one count of felony theft-business setting valued less than $10,000 in a complaint filed Nov. 22. Each burglary charges carries a maximum sentence of 12½ years in prison and a $25,000 fine and the theft charge carries a maximum of 10 years in prison and a $10,000 fine.

• A misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct and a felony count of bail jumping have been filed against Joseph S. Doxtator, 50. He could face up to six years in prison and a $10,000 fine for the felony and up to two years in prison and a $1,000 fine on the misdemeanor.

• An arrest warrant was issued Nov. 22 for Montana L. Olson, 22, for a felony escape charge. Her last known address is the Shawano County Jail. She faces up to six years in prison and a $10,000 fine.

• A $500 cash bond was signed Nov. 26 for Peter A. Schmidt, 27, Bonduel, on a felony charge of strangulation and suffocation and a misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct. He faces up to six years in prison and a $10,000 fine for the felony and up to two years in prison and a $1,000 fine on the misdemeanor.

• A $750 cash bond was signed Nov. 26 for Nichole A. Sloniker, 33, Marshfield, for felony driving or operating a vehicle without the owner’s consent. She faces up to 3½ years in prison and a $10,000 fine.

• A $3,000 signature bond was signed Nov. 26 for Thomas J. Engstrom, 54, for a felony charge of a convicted felon in possession of a firearm. He faces up to 10 years in prison and a $25,000 fine.

• A $2,500 cash bond was set for Riley M. Mohawk, 20, Bowler, for misdemeanor operating a firearm while intoxicated, disorderly conduct and resisting or obstructing an officer and felony escape. He faces up to two years in prison and a $10,000 fine for the firearm and resisting charges, up to two years in prison and a $1,000 fine for the disorderly conduct charge and up to six years in prison and a $10,000 fine for the escape charge.

• Charges were filed against Casondra K. McCracken on Nov. 26 for felony burglary-building or dwelling with repeater and party to a crime modifiers, criminal damage to property with repeater and party to a crime modifiers, four counts theft of movable property valued between $2,500 and $5,000 with repeater and party to a crime modifiers, five counts of felony jumping a with a repeater modifier and two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping with a repeater modifier.

On the burglary charge, she faces up to a maximum sentence of 12 1/2 years in prison and a $25,000 fine, each theft charge carries a maximum of 10 years in prison and a $10,000 fine, each felony bail jumping charge carries a maximum of six years in prison and a $10,000 fine and each misdemeanor bail jumping and criminal property charge carries a maximum of two years in prison and a $10,000 fine.

• A complaint of substantial battery with intent to do bodily harm was filed against George E. Gift III, 46, Shawano. If convicted, he faces up to 3½ years in prison and a $10,000 fine.
