Carroll University

Pulaski High School graduate Jake Binkowski recorded three total tackles in the Carroll University football team’s win over Elmhurst on Oct. 15.

Binkowski had one solo tackle and two assisted tackles. He also broke up a pass.

UW-La Crosse

Pulaski grad Maggie Hernandez turned in a couple strong performances to help the UW-La Crosse women’s soccer team to two wins last week.

In a 5-0 win over Luther on Oct. 12, Hernandez was credited with two assists. Two of her three shots were on goal.

She attempted two more shots in the team’s 7-0 win over UW-Stout on Oct. 15.

Grand Canyon University

Wittenberg-Birnamwood graduate Wyatt Dickman competed in four events for the Grand Canyon University men’s swim team during a dual loss to Arizona on Oct. 15.

Dickman placed sixth in the 100-yard breaststroke with a time of 57.62 seconds and was seventh in the 200 breaststroke in 2:11.46.

Dickman was also on the fourth-place finishing 200 freestyle relay (1:27.88) and fifth-place finishing 200 medley relay (1:33.14).

UW-River Falls

Shawano grad Gage Timm recorded a solo tackle in the UW-River Falls football team’s loss to UW-Platteville on Oct. 15.

Timm now has six total tackles on the season.

UW-Eau Claire

Bonduel graduates Isaac Garside and Parker Bohm each played in the UW-Eau Claire football team’s loss to UW-La Crosse on Oct. 15.

Garside rushed twice for 34 yards, caught seven passes for 105 yards and returned two kickoffs for 24 yards. He caught touchdown passes of 15 and 4 yards.

Bohm had two total tackles in the contest, one solo and one assisted. He also served as the long snapper on three kick attempts.

Oconto Falls graduate Autumn Canavera and Gillett graduate Ryann Wagner ran for the UW-Eau Claire women’s cross-country team at the Augustana Interregional Invitational on Oct. 15.

Canavera placed 41st in 24:29.9, while Wagner took 111th in 27:28.1.

Ripon College

Gillett grad Angela Mosconi placed 15th while representing the Ripon women’s cross-country team during the Wisconsin Private College Championships on Oct. 15.

Mosconi turned in a time of 24:55.2.

Witt-Birn grad Lauren Bahr competed in three events for the Ripon women’s swim team during a one-point dual loss to Loras on Oct. 15.

Bahr placed second in the 50 freestyle (27.62) and 100 backstroke (1:08.89). She was on the second-place finishing 200 freestyle relay (1:51.73).

UW-Whitewater

Bonduel graduate Jessica LaBerge tied for 46th place while golfing for the UW-Whitewater women’s team at the 2022 WIAC Championship on Oct. 7-9.

LaBerge fired rounds of 93, 90 and 91 to finish with a combined score of 274.

Whitewater won the WIAC title for the sixth straight season.

Colorado Mesa University

Pulaski grad Sadie Kelley tied for 24th place while golfing for the Colorado Mesa women’s team at the Farmers Insurance Samuel Proal Invite on Oct. 10-11.

Kelley turned in a round of 81 on day one before an 82 on the second day.

Concordia-St. Paul

Pulaski graduate Andrew Egnarski tallied a team-leading 10 total tackles during the Concordia-St. Paul football team’s loss to Minnesota Duluth on Oct. 15.

Egnarski finished with six solo tackles and four assisted tackles.

UW-Green Bay

Shawano grad Grace Beyer placed 216th while running for the UW-Green Bay women’s cross-country team at the Bradley “Pink” Classic on Oct. 14.

Beyer completed the course in 23:22.8.
