Saginaw Valley State University

Shawano Community High School graduate Tori DePerry turned in another big game for the Saginaw Valley State women’s basketball team despite the team losing to Ashland on Nov. 16.

DePerry started and played 30 minutes, leading the team with 21 points. She also tallied seven rebounds and three assists.

Bemidji State University

Shawano grad Brooke Theis started and played 17 minutes in the Bemidji State women’s basketball team’s win over Mayville State on Nov. 14.

Theis scored nine points, grabbed two rebounds and blocked one shot in her time on the court.

Northern Michigan University

Wittenberg-Birnamwood graduate Abi Fraaza turned in an efficient game to help the Northern Michigan women’s basketball team top Minnesota-Crookston on Nov. 17.

Fraaza played 11 minutes and scored 11 points. She also had seven rebounds, a block and a steal.

Wisconsin Lutheran College

Bonduel grad Kara Troxel helped the Wisconsin Lutheran women’s basketball team to a win over Carthage on Nov. 16.

Troxel played 18 minutes and scored five points. She also had three assists, a block, a steal and a rebound.

UW-Parkside

Pulaski graduate Sheridan Flauger has started in each of the UW-Parkside women’s basketball team’s first three games this season.

In a win over Missouri University of Science and Technology on Nov. 11, Flauger tallied four points, six rebounds, three assists and three steals across 30 minutes.

Flauger then posted six points, four rebounds, two assists and two steals across 25 minutes in a loss to Rockhurst on Nov. 12.

The Pulaski grad totaled three points, two assists and a steal across 29 minutes in a loss to Minnesota-Duluth on Nov. 16.
