East-West Division

Tigerton 9

Tilleda 6

Tigerton took down Tilleda in a July 16 matchup in Tilleda.

Justin Sivertson led Tigerton with three hits, while Jaden Sivertson and Paul Sellner posted two knocks each. Sellner also picked up the win on the mound.

Steven Reinke paced Tilleda at the plate with three hits. Adam Strassburg added two hits, while Brad Bartz homered. Zach Fehrman was dealt the loss.

Gresham 21

Leopolis 8 (7 inn.)

Gresham rolled to a high-scoring win over Leopolis on July 16 in Gresham.

Joe Ejnik homered among his four hits for Gresham, while Jerzy Brocker tallied three hits, including a homer. Josh Foreman and Crew Weisnicht chipped in two hits each.

Lukas Pecore was the winning pitcher after working five innings. Ryan Malueg was tagged with the loss on the hill.

Dane Hodkiewicz led Leopolis with three hits.

Clintonville 12

Caroline 2

Clintonville won a weather-shortened game over Caroline on July 14 in Clintonville.

Turner Doornink hit a grand slam and finished with five RBIs for Clintonville. Jordan Koeppen recorded two hits, while Hunter Vollmer drove in a pair.

Jaden Doornink was the winning pitcher after working five innings.

Kade Rosenow took the loss on the hill. Presley Rosenow homered to lead Caroline at the plate.

Marion 25

Shawano 4

Marion cruised to a win over Shawano on July 16 in Shawano.

Spencer Hahn picked up the win on the mound for Marion, while Mike Korth Sr. was dealt the loss for Shawano.

Gresham 7

Marion 3

Gresham knocked off Marion in a July 15 battle in Gresham.

No other game statistics were available at press time.

Northern Division

Elderon 5

Aniwa 3

Elderon topped Aniwa in a July 16 battle in Aniwa.

Mike Lehman led Elderon at the plate with three hits, while Marvin Meronk, Brandon Groshek and Justin Meronk added two hits each. Casey Kerstner pitched a complete game to earn the win, striking out 16 batters along the way.

Hunter Gipp recorded two of Aniwa’s hits. Kody Szews was the losing pitcher.

Antigo/Polar 4

Hatley 2 (13 inn.)

Antigo/Polar doubled up Hatley in a July 15 clash that lasted 13 innings in Hatley.

Nick Marshall recorded three of Antigo/Polar’s 10 hits and also was the winning pitcher. Isaac Bixby chipped in two hits.

John Breske was dealt the loss on the hill for Hatley, which was limited to just two hits.

Hatley 21

Wittenberg 9

Hatley cruised past Wittenberg in a July 16 contest in Hatley.

Hatley finished with 13 hits, with Nick Cotter leading the team with four hits. Wyatt Brown homered and had two hits, while Kyle Zblewski and John Breske had two knocks each.

Hayden Davidowski was the winning pitcher, while James Thompson was dealt the loss.

Nathan Waupekenay recorded four hits for Wittenberg, which had 11 hits as a team. Will Urquhart and Pierson Potrykus both added two hits.

Eland 6

Antigo/Polar 1

Eland picked up a win over Antigo/Polar on July 16 in Eland.

Tyler Nelson got the win on the mound after pitching a complete game.

Ryan Richter and Jacob Ligenza each posted two hits for Eland, with one of Richter’s hits being a home run.

Eli Fleischman posted two hits for Antigo/Polar, but was dealt the loss on the mound.

South Central Division

New London 13

Green Lake 12

New London claimed a wild win over Green Lake on July 16 in Green Lake. New London scored nine runs in the ninth inning to prevail.

Myles Parker tallied three hits for New London, while Brent Helston added two hits and drove in three runs. Noah Hansen homered, while Tucker Kohl drove in two runs. Chevyn Aus was the winning pitcher.

Christian Weiss was tagged with the loss on the hill.

Scandinavia 12

Weymont 2 (7 inn.)

Scandinavia rolled to a road win over Weymont on July 16.

Landon Moe earned the win on the hill after striking out eight batters over five innings. Gus Turner-Zick homered and drove in five runs on three total hits. Braden Hunkins also had three hits while driving in three runs and scoring four times.

Zach Costello posted two of Weymont’s hits. Collin Jorgensen took the loss on the hill.
