East Division

Gresham 4

Gresham edged Neopit in extra innings in an East Division divisional playoff game on Aug. 13 in Gresham.

Paul Murphy pitched all 10 innings for Gresham to earn the win, striking out six along the way.

Nate Ejnik led Gresham at the plate with three hits, while Chase Quinney had two.

Alex Peters took the loss on the hill, also pitching 10 innings. Pete Bruette and Mike Pecore posted two hits each.

Clintonville 9

Marion 5

Clintonville rallied past Marion in another playoff contest on Aug. 13 in Clintonville. The hosts scored six times in the sixth.

Hunter Vollmer, Jordan Koeppen and Brock Smejkal all tallied two hits for Clintonville. One of Smejkal’s hits was a home run.

Jaden Doornink was the winning pitcher, while Jaden Stuhr took the loss.

Alex Elandt and Nate Reynolds and Blake Weatherwax all had two knocks for Marion. Jake Westphal hit a three-run homer.

West Division

Caroline 11

Tigerton 3

Caroline eased past Tigerton in a West Division divisional playoff matchup on Aug. 13 in Tigerton.

Mike Weatherwax led Caroline with four hits, while Braiden Behnke homered among his three knocks. Tyler Marquardt added two hits as Caroline posted 15 as a team.

Klay Barkow picked up the win on the mound for Caroline.

Paul Sellner was dealt the loss on the bump. He homered among his two hits.

Little Falls 16

Tilleda 0

Little Falls routed Tilleda in a playoff matchup on Aug. 13 in Little Falls.

Chris Dunn and Carter Kurki combined to throw the shutout for Little Falls. Dunn struck out 12 batters over six frames, while Kurki had four strikeouts in three innings.

Hunter Gruenwald homered twice for Little Falls. Kyle Finger belted a grand slam among his two hits, while Cam Gruenwald homered among his two hits. Drew Radies and Dunn also had two knocks each. Nate Korb also homered for Little Falls.

Zach Fehrman took the loss on the hill.

Northern Division

Eland 3

Elderon 1

Eland toppled Elderon in a Northern Division playoff battle on Aug. 13 in Eland.

Jacob Ligenza tallied two hits to power Eland at the plate. Tyler Nelson was the winning pitcher.

Casey Kerstner took the loss on the bump. Marvin Meronk posted two hits at the plate.

Antigo/Polar 14

Aniwa 6

Antigo/Polar took down Aniwa in a playoff game on Aug. 13 in Aniwa.

AJ Kirsch was the winning pitcher, while Kody Szews was dealt the loss.

South Central Division

Scandinavia 8

Green Lake 2

Scandinavia knocked off Green Lake in a South Central Division playoff game on Aug. 13 in Scandinavia.

Marcus Jaworski got the win on the mound after striking out eight batters over five innings. Ben Lee picked up the save.

RJ Rosenthal tallied three hits for Scandinavia, while Braden Hunkins homered among his two knocks. Jake Hoffman also homered for the hosts.

Hunter Netzler was dealt the loss on the bump.

New London 15

Plover 1

New London cruised past Plover in an Aug. 13 playoff clash in New London.

Noah Hanson, Gabe Wohlt and Myles Parker each delivered three hits for New London. Andrew Parker, Dylan Moeller and Ryan Muskevitch all tallied two hits.

Myles Parker was the winning pitcher, while Wyatt Blaskowski took the loss.
