Shawano knocked off Clintonville in a makeup game on July 31.
Kien Moorman and Kurt Boldig each finished with three hits for Shawano. Cody Urban picked up the win on the mound.
Aaron Morse and Jordan Koeppen each had three hits for Clintonville, while Jared Westphal took the loss.
Little Falls 7
Caroline 4
Little Falls took down Caroline in a makeup game on Friday.
Drew Radies hit a grand slam and finished with two hits for Little Falls. Kasey Morgan also had two hits, while Chris Dunn picked up the win.
Eric Kroening took the loss despite striking out 12 batters over seven innings. He also finished with three hits.
Clintonville 16
Shawano 1
Clintonville topped Shawano on Friday to cap a 10-3 regular season. Shawano finished 6-7 to finish fourth in the East Division and sneak into the playoffs.
Jared Westphal and John Dunlavy each had three hits for Clintonville, while Aaron Morse, Kyle Finger, Kenny Casper and Jaden Doornink all had two. Westphal drove in three runs, while Dunlavy had two RBIs. Hunter Vollmer was the winning pitcher.
Carter Weisnicht suffered the loss for Shawano.
Tigerton 10
Caroline 9
Tigerton walked off with a win over Caroline to cap a 10-3 regular season in the West Division. Tigerton will be the No. 2 seed for the postseason, while Caroline is the No. 3 after a 7-6 finish.
Patrick Bailey drove in the game-winning run in the ninth for Tigerton. Austin Hoffmann had five hits, while Hayden Harris and Gunner Kopitzke had two each. Harris also earned the win.
Aaron Hoffman took the loss for Caroline. Neil Hoffman homered and had two hits while Tyler Marquardt, Conner Senzig and Dylan Loveland all added two hits.
Neopit 5
Gresham 3
Neopit topped Neopit in 10 innings to finish the regular season with a 10-3 record. Gresham fell to 9-3 but could create a three-way tie for first in the East with a win over Menominee in the makeup game.
Anthony Leaman homered and also earned the win for Neopit. Lowell Chevalier and Karl Peters also had two hits each.
Jordan Stichman suffered the loss on the hill. Colby Wolff and Pete Carroll had two hits each for Gresham.
Little Falls 18
Leopolis 1
Little Falls capped a 12-1 regular season with a lopsided win over Leopolis, which went 3-10. Little Falls is the top seed in the West, while Leopolis will have to take down Bowler in a play-in game to determine the division’s No. 4 seed.
Carter Kurki allowed just four hits while tossing a complete game for Little Falls. Cam Gruenwald and Kurki led the offense with four hits each, while Hunter Gruenwald had three and Drew Radies and Jenner Gullixon two each.
Kasey Kristof took the loss for Leopolis.
Bowler 4
Tilleda 0
Bowler blanked Tilleda to move to 3-10. Bowler’s play-in game with Leopolis had not been scheduled as of press time.
Austin Wolff struck out seven batters to pick up the win on the hill. Landan Kroening had three hits, while Ezra Spencer finished with two for Bowler.
Zach Fehrman was the losing pitcher for Tilleda, which finished the season with a 2-11 record.
Marion wins by forfeit
Marion earned a forfeit win over Menominee, which wasn’t able to field a full team.
Marion finished 5-8 and took fifth in the East.
Menominee sits at 0-12 and has a game to play still against Gresham. That game had not been scheduled as of press time.
North Division
Hatley 9
Elderon 6
Hatley knocked off Elderon to finish the regular season 9-3 and pick up the No. 2 seed for the North Division playoffs. Elderon fell to 7-5 and will be the No. 3 seed.
John Breske had three hits, while Kodie Kocher and Kyle Zblewski had two hits each for Hatley. John Breske struck out eight batters to pick up the win.
Marvin Meronk, Brandon Groshek and Casey Kerstner all homered for Elderon. MacLaen Alwes took the loss.
Antigo/Polar 8
Wittenberg 4
Antigo/Polar doubled up Wittenberg, but still fell short of a playoff berth. Antigo/Polar went 5-7 and finished a game behind Eland. Wittenberg went 2-10 this summer.
Randy Krebs homered among his three hits and earned the win for Antigo/Polar. Cody Urban also had three hits, while Nick Marshall had two.
Zach Urquhart had two hits for Wittenberg, but was also dealt the loss.
Birnamwood 15
Aniwa 1
Birnamwood eased past Aniwa to cap a 11-1 regular season and the division’s No. 1 seed. Aniwa went 2-10.
Gus Turner-Zick homered three times and had four hits for Birnamwood. Zach Bembenek and Erik Steigerwald each finished with four hits, while Bembenek also earned the win.
Denton Mortenson had two hits at the plate, but also took the loss on the hill.
South Central Division
Scandinavia earns forfeit win
Scandinavia earned a forfeit win over New London in a makeup game.
New London could not field a team.
New London splits with Green Lake
New London split a pair of games with Green Lake on Sunday, but it was enough to lock up a spot in the postseason.
New London won game one 14-11 before Green Lake took game two by a 12-9 final.
New London finished 4-8 on the season and will be in the postseason as the No. 4 seed.
Waupaca 13
Scandinavia 1
Waupaca capped a 12-0 run through the regular season with an eight-inning win over Scandinavia. Waupaca is the No. 1 seed for the division playoffs, which Scandinavia is a No. 3 seed after a 7-5 regular season.
Luke Behm homered among his three hits and drove in four runs for Waupaca. Walker Smith and Jake Popham each had two hits, while Jason Ellie earned the win.
Tony Tuschen had two hits for Scandinavia. Jeremy Dunihoo was the losing pitcher.
Plover sweeps doubleheader
Plover locked up the No. 2 seed for the postseason by earning two wins over Weymont. Plover finished the regular season 8-4, while Weymont just missed the postseason at 3-9.
Plover took game one 6-2 before a 14-0 win in seven innings in game two.
In game one, Mitch Mallek and John Jazz each had three hits for Plover. Jason Jones earned the win. Mallek homered, Derek Lemmens had four hits and Zach Hintz earned the win in game two.
Jeremy Christensen had two hits in game one for Weymont. Christensen was the losing pitcher in game two.
